Welcome to Whitefield Academy's Online Application!

How to Apply

Families must apply for Whitefield Academy using our Online Application.  The parent will submit a $100 application fee online with the student application.

Parents will create a family account and, in the case of applying for multiple children all at once or in future years, one account will cover all of their children's applications.

When to Apply

Applications go live on NOVEMBER 15 for the subsequent school year.

Once an application and fee has been submitted, Whitefield will begin the review process and schedule assessments, as required.

Acceptance for new students begins on or near March 1.

Creating an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.

Log into your account and provide the information necessary to Create A New Student Application for your child.  You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your child's application at any time by selecting the Student’s Name.

After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation email and I will be contacting you to schedule your child's assessment or, in the case of a Round-Up attendee, to schedule the Parent Meeting.

We Look Forward to Meeting You!

If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit our school.  Our students and faculty would like to meet you and host you as you visit our school campus.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact me at 816.444.3567.

Sincerely,

Whitefield Academy desires to build a diverse group of intellectually curious students who will contribute to our school. We are dedicated to serving qualified applicants from all segments of the community, regardless of economic, racial or geographic backgrounds. Whitefield Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnic or national origin in the administration of its policies, programs and scholarships. Whitefield reserves the right to select students on the basis of academic performance, religious commitment and personal qualification. Whitefield receives numerous applications each year and we can accommodate only a certain number of students in each class. It is unfortunate that for every student we admit, there may be other qualified candidates to whom we cannot offer admission.
